Boney helped us land our dream home (that checked almost all of our boxes, inclusive of optional wants) in a very tight sellers' market. He professionally helped us balance the various items on our offer -- waivers, price flexibility, etc., that helped us win in a market where we had failed 10 times before with other agents. We saw a few homes with him but this was the only one we offered with him. With each viewing, he was already able to guess whether we liked it or not and why (based purely on our initial conversation) and, when we saw the final house, both he and us simultaneously shifted gears to the mode of strategizing on how to win it. In no part of the process, did we feel that he wanted to finish the process and just buy any house.
After winning, he helped us with other aspects -- finding us excellent local contractor deals for floorers and painters, through his network, which saved us a lot of money and time as well. At the end, he applied a sweet finishing touch on the move-in key handover with thoughtful gifts for the whole family.
