Communication 5 stars, honesty 5 stars, workmanship 5 stars!. I was advised that tuckpointing wasn’t necessary and was recommended only a thorough cleaning. They noted that I already had a chimney liner instead of upselling me on something I didn't need. It was refreshing to work with such an honest company.

They installed four chimney caps for our association building. The communication throughout the process was excellent, and the pricing was reasonable. They even arrived earlier than scheduled, which was a pleasant surprise. Other companies should take notes from their practices!
