The customer service is fantastic however I felt like they were a bit rough on my dresses and stains are still present. I understood before going in that the stains most likely wouldn't come out so it wasnt much of a shock. I will be taking all of my stuff to them in the future. Great customer service is worth EVERY penny and is hard to come by these days.

These wonderful ladies saved the day! A local chain cleaner really messed up my family members military jacket, which was needed in two days. Dresswell came through last minute for me. They were super fast and fixed the jacket!!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR ITEMS HERE!!!! They are very dishonest! I wonder how many people have been ripped off here? I dropped off a king comforter to be dry cleaned and was quoted $39.99. When I picked it up I was being charged $45! The stupid lady told me there is a $3 solvent fee. Um idk how you do math but that’s a $6 difference, not $3. Also, she pulled out a price list and it said $42 for kind comforter. So I’m being charged more than the printed price list they use?? Her excuse was she doesn’t make the prices and the list hasn’t been updated. It was excuse after excuse!!! AVOID this place unless you too want to be ripped off!!!
