I love this dental office. After several bad experiences with other dentists and an allergic reaction to a numbing medication, I'm terrified of dentists and dental work. Dr. Butler and her staff are very kind and patient. They put me at ease and made me feel heard despite my continuing fears. I called on a Friday and they were able to get me in the following Monday. Their prices are more reasonable than the other local offices I have tried. I was also provided with a solid treatment plan that made sense. Dr Butler is gentle and has a great sense of humor. My husband loves them too! I highly recommend.
Amazing dentist's office! Every member of the team at Driftwood Dental clearly holds themselves to a high standard of kindness, professionalism, and skill.
After not being able to properly care for my teeth for a long time, I needed extensive work in the form of cleanings and fillings. Not only was Dr. Butler's work excellent in terms of execution, but I was surprised by how quickly and comfortably she accomplished it. She has an unparalleled bedside (chairside?) manner that really put me at ease. In fact, my comfort and any concerns I had were clearly of the utmost importance to her throughout the process, and she took the time to check in at even the slightest sign of my concern or discomfort, of which there was very little!
The rest of the team was equally impressive. Her assistant Yuni was helpful and skilled, and helped keep the process moving swiftly and pleasantly. She was polite and informative, and I really felt like any questions I had were important to her.
Their receptionist Vanessa was great, helping me to navigate my financial options and following up with me to make sure I had all the information I needed. I can't overstate how impressed I was with every aspect of her service. Even the music in the office she picked out was awesome!
As a person who has endured some really horrific experiences at other dental offices, working with Driftwood was a pleasure. Obviously I highly recommend them!
