I didn’t like the end result and more than that I didn’t like the attitude. The stylist made me feel bad for asking for a dry towel cause they can only use one and didn’t seem to care much or try to fix my hair when I said I don’t like it. I’ll go home and wash it.

This place is absolutely ridiculous. You come in on time and they make you wait 15-20 minutes and no apology. However, you come 10 mins late once and they tell you they can’t do your appointment. Next time they make you wait 15 mins for your scheduled appointment, you should complain because being a nice customer makes them take advantage of you. Double standards unreal.
