Ever since the change of ownership, the quality of their work has gone down. I brought them a shirt to dry clean. It was returned to me as if it was not cleaned at all. My first clue should have been when they requested me to pay first.

I've been there a few times for alterations. For the last 2 times, they've charged me one price when I drop it off and It's always the same employee there when I come and the seamstress is there as well. She looks over the garment and tells me her price. I pay and then when I come back it's a different price. I feel scammed. They've done this more than once and have never called me to tell me before I come to pick it up that there will be an additional charge. So, I've started going across the street to Timeless Cleaners. Much better customer service

Highly reliable. Been going here for at least 5 years now. I have never had a problem of any kind here and I do a lot of business here because I like cotton, I'm old and I'm lazy so my ironing days are long over. Fast, friendly, efficient service every time. The alterations lady also always gets the job well done every time. I have never had a problem here. I highly recommend Dryclean Express.
