I just left here. I love this place. When I came from Portland I was concerned I wouldn't be able to find a place to get supplies to braid mine and my daughter's hair, but I quickly discovered D's. I've been here a few times and every time I come in, I'm able to quickly find what I need at a fair price. The staff is also friendly and helpful. LOL there was a sign on the door saying masks were required and I panicked because I didn't have one on me, but D waved me in and said it was okay and that she meant to take the sign down. I'm not one of those people that complains about wearing the mask or NOT wearing the mask. I respect the rules of whatever establishment I patronize, so I would've TOTALLY understood if she didn't allow me to come in. But I just wanted to leave this review to let you know that you've got a customer as long as I live in the area.

The salon crew are the most welcoming, knowledgeable and experienced team I've ever met and only wish I knew about them sooner. Been getting my braids done since 2019, would not trust my hair with anyone else!

first time getting my daughters hair done and the owner was amazing. not only did she check in with me about my daughter's hair but also made her feel comfortable and a part of making her own choices which is a big plus in my book. she tended to her hair so well that my daughter enjoyed the experience. my daughter didn't want her hair done at first but when she went to wash her hair she knew it wasn't going to hurt. thank you for making and having my daughter look and feeling beautiful 😊.
