DSEA is a wonderful boutique architecture firm in old towne orange. The principal is incredibly talented and thoughtful. He has been in business since 1999 so he has the experience you want as you build.

Working with DSEA has been a real treat. They are experts in what they do, but they still make you feel on the same level as them. They are so thorough and take the time to explain each stage of your project. Everyone is so welcoming that it feels like you've known them forever. I'd highly recommend Doug, Tom and the rest of the team. Excellent!

I always question the legitimacy of these Google reviews but this team is definitely a standout when it comes to working with the city on any historic home in Orange. They're great people, honest, and have a wealth of knowledge. They provided us with the best insight and guidance even when it wasn't technically in their scope.
