I always come here for my recertification review and other resources . Staff are always friendly the wait time is usually around 2-3 hours if you come in around noon time .. definitely recommend coming in early in the morning .

Well I went here on Wednesday at about noon. It was easy to check in and even though it was fairly busy, it wasn't a problem to find a seat. I asked the security guard just inside the double doors if I could bring in my emotional support dog. He made sure to ask me if Buster was a service dog and I said yes. And it wasn't a problem for me to sit inside and wait my turn to get my new EBT card with Buster. About 25 minutes later I got called up to window one. The lady working helped me get my EBT card replaced, then helped me complete my mid certification review within 10 minutes. I was then called over to the EBT window before I could sit down even and got my new card. Honestly, DSHS seems to be one of the best running government buildings every time I go in there. I truly appreciate the work the social workers do.

The guy who are at reception he doesn’t good behavior with customers . He has Prejudice with emigrants
