They email you and ask for verification documents but don't actually tell you what documents they want or what you need to verify. Called and went through all their prompts to talk to someone, had a 35 minute hold time. When the rude lady picked up she argued with me on what needed to be done and then without letting me finish speaking transferred me to another place that had a 187 minute hold time. Ridiculous when they could just tell you what documents they want. Had she done her job correctly, she could have just told me what documents were needed. Instead she felt the need to be rude and tell me what she believed to be right, even though I'm reading directly from an email from dshs.
