It’s a joke. The staff that are there have unnecessary attitude. I got there right when it opened and didn’t get out until 10. It’s understaffed, if you thought it took forever before you’re in for a treat now. They have a phone set up, where you talk to a representative on the phone who is working from home?? If I wanted to do that, I would’ve just called myself & waited on the line instead of standing in line!! At the end of all of this, they weren’t really helpful with my case at all. I don’t feel entitled of them to help me either, it just becomes frustrating when you’re at already at a loss.
