This department was not only clean, but it was very kind and patient. The staff were ready to assist me with my hardship in hearing and answer questions I had without exasperation or making me feel like I was an inconvenience. I felt very seen and treated like a human, and that is so important to me. Thank you so much.

I wish DSHS can do more of our clients specially me because I have a roommate name Diane she yells and screams it scares me and Sails group of Washington supporting living are not doing anything about it I tried and tried but it’s not getting any better or done and the same as DSHS they don’t do anything either I want to feel safe but I don’t ever though my roommate doesn’t yell coming at me but that doesn’t make it right what’s she’s doing and Sails, DSHS needs to remove my roommate or remove me I don’t care
