clean and friendly is where it stops. came in around 11/1130, BEFORE everyone went on lunch and ended up waiting until sometime after everyone came back from lunch to be seen. not everyone can wait around all day to get help. not everyone should go to lunch at the same time that is NOT fair to clients, in fact I find it slightly unprofessional getting clients checked in then NOT say anything about ALL employees going on lunch at same time. didn't get out til well after 2/3pm and still had other stuff to do. Shaking my head

I recently moved here from Arizona and I closed my benefits on April 10th AZ was supposed to send me paperwork showing this and they did send something to my new address, it just wasn't addressed to me, so I take it down to the office and on the 12th I went in for my application and the worker said she would email them and when they hear back my ebt funds would be on my card. I waited and waited no phone call as promised by the worker so I called back AZ, was on hold for an hour and a half and they tell me that they emailed that worker the afternoon of the April 12th. So I was given a date and an access code so I went back in and I'm told that the worker who did my application has been in training so they tried to text her but I guess no cell phones were allowed. So, the gentleman that helped me while this lady was in training and he called me and said he heard back from her and she had not gotten an email. I remind him I have the access code and I told him the time that the woman from Arizona said that she sent it. I gave him all this information and what do you know... The lady who said she had no new emails was finally able to come access it. This took hours more than it needed to! Please hire people who either go to training before they attempt to help others or hire people who already know what they were doing. Thank you.

I've never seen so many employees on shift at the same time, not working. They all just sitting there talking.
Help a client, then gossip for 20-30 minutes. Talking about trucks, speeding, and personal matters, margaritas served at some place in tacoma. One lady was talking about tequila and pot heads.
As someone currently taking an HR class, this is extremely unprofessional.
No wonder the wait time for people who need help is 2 hours.
