Went in to purchase shoes with my Afterpay. Approached a store staff on the floor on her personal cell phone to ask about the wifi password so I could download my Afterpay into my wallet. There were three very obvious wifi networks but the worker informed me that there was no available WiFi and directed me to the restaurant next door. Then went back to her cell phone. I was given a wifi password in the past as I shopped here. It should be policy to do so for customers who spend money on their shoes.

I love to shop at DSW but they ate getting harder to find. I looked at all the shoes and had to narrow it down to one or two pairs. Not too busy and employees were friendlt.

I’ve ordered the same boot 2 times and they canceled the orders after they put a hold on my money. It takes 3-7 days for my money to be returned to me. If the item is out of stock then it shouldn’t let me pay for it. I even called customer service and they don’t seem to care.
