Love the shoes but there are issues with delivery. A pair of shoes were missing from one order then delivered a few days later (both packages were open). Then they sent an email saying my other 2 pair of shoes were delivered when they were not. I would have had the order sent to the closest store but the option didn't show up when I ordered. I won't order online again. PS: I ordered online about a year ago and half the shoes never showed up....

Just went in for the first time. Picked up a 13 dollar item. Went to the cash register and was asked for our name and phone number. We responded that we would rather just pay instead of giving out a bunch of personal info. After we paid the girl behind the counter (who seemed annoyed now) flippantly said " you could have saved 10 dollars" aside she had won a fight. We won't be back lol.

Manager a bit curt, the credit card machines were down and she was like you have to pay with cash or come back. No apology or discount for the major inconvenience of having to leave to go get cash and then come back to make your purchase. This was my first time in store and I was impressed with the selection and prices but that all changed when it came time to pay..
