I am happy with my purchases but checkout service could be improved. It was more important for one employee to answer the phone to help a potential customer, than to help me, while the gal by the front door was happy to be texting or playing on her phone, than to ring up a sale. There was a challenging refund going on with the one available clerk.

Lady at the front was rude as hell on 12/4/23 at 11am. Returned shoes I just ordered from less than a week prior and refused to let me use the same rewards on a different pair that actually fit.

Terrible customer service at this location. If you're not Caucasian they will not treat you the same as other customers that are. They actually will profile you as some kind of scammer or thief. I had proof of purchase for an order that my mother made and the so called store manager "Shannon" or "Savannah"(more like a KAREN) didn't even try to help with the situation or try resolve their poor quality of a buy online return is store policy. I was taking back an order that I had proof of purchase, and for someone who was disabled and isn't physically able to get out of her house that's why they were bought off their site. I was embarrassed by her micro-aggression's towards me as if I was thief or a scammer. Think twice about being someone of color inside their store and not feeling like they are profiling you from the moment you walk in. It's disgusting to know that people still have jobs and can't treat every customer equally. Savannah is supposedly a Manager at this location or at least tried to present herself like one. In no means is she qualified nor trained in any customer service or having any social skills to deal with customers of color/ethnicity. Please think twice about supporting business who still use that practices of profiling people of different ethnic backgrounds other than Caucasian. Karma will come her way for treating others like criminals when we work hard for the things we purchase and don't deserve to be talked down to when trying to return the product we spent our money on in the first place.
