The quality of the product is good. The communication with the company after purchase was lacking and the shipping was slow. I hope it holds up with the extreme weather, if it does that, I’ll be happier and probably increase my rating.

The single star is for the lack of customer service. Their web site states, implies they care about the customer, 60-day return / exchange policy, etc. Don't count on it. I have been trying to obtain an RMA to exchange a cover. So far it is at 2-weeks and it has been one giant act of do nothing. An email reply, but it dies after that. Another email inquiry by me, one reply and it dies. Phone call, leave a message, no follow up. Very disappointed!

I’ve ordered a few different custom covers for our outdoor furniture and I’m always so pleased with the results. Submitting the order form is relatively easy, and the solutions and timeline are always great.
