I've been a Ducky's customer for a longtime. Why? because they provide great service. We just upgraded our office chairs. The one I picked out, however had a slight forward tilt when it arrived. It also did meet my need for configurability. Ducky's worked with me to exchange for a chair that works for me. You cannot do this kind of thing easily online. For that they get five stars!
