Absolutely a fantastic experience. I reached out to Duncan in regards to repair work that had been previously done for the prior owner.
When I mentioned A small related issue, they suggested I bring the vehicle into them and they would handle it. They subsequently made an appointment and I brought the vehicle in and they took care of the smog free of charge. An awesome experience and they have gained a new customer

This is my go-to repair service in Lincoln, CA. All service people are polite and knowledgeable as well as efficient in all matters of solutions. As an elderly woman I have had some big and small repair work on my elderly Nissan. Even when I came in once for a window lock issue Chris politely took me over to my car and showed me the magic button that released the safety lock and never charged me for the instruction. I rely on Duncan's preventative advice and follow it knowing the are the authority whether or not I bring donuts. Sincerely...Carolyn Quinn 💝

I took my 2013 F150 to Duncan’s Automotive in Lincoln for a smog check. Everyone was friendly and professional. As I waited for the smog check to be completed, I watched as the staff interacted with other customers in person and on the phone. They were polite and helpful, everything I want when I take my vehicle in for service. I have decided to start taking my F150 there for all of my service needs.
