Service is good but donuts are not fresh, Avocado spread is not fresh and tasted very old on Avocado toast (Bread is awesome though), Chai Latte is okay but less tea flavor and more cinnamon flavor. Hash browns are hot and fresh.

Takes at least 10 minutes to get a simple drip coffee. Recently told to use kiosk since I was told the register wasn’t working. After at least 10 minutes and 2 new customers ordering at the register I asked for my simple coffee and got attitude from the manager. As much as I like their coffee it always takes too long and the manager is overworked and it shows

I 100% DO NOT recommend coming here. I came here to try Dunkin for the first time and the service at this location is TERRIBLE. The guy who took my order at the speaker was extremely rude. I respectfully asked if he could give us a few seconds while my friend decided on a food item and he kept rushing me as i was ordering when no one was in the line or in the store. I got to the window and the lady at the window had an attitude as well snatching the scanner before scanning my app then holding the card reader out the window then slamming it back down after i paid. there was no conversation at the window either after i had said hello even though i received horrible service from the person at the speaker. My order was also wrong. My coffee tasted like spoiled milk. I hope all Dunkins are not like this one because it was awful service and the sour coffee was disgusting. i may have to reach out to corporate for this one.
