I brought my wall chips into match and they can’t match the paint. I went back 3-4 times to match the paint and still isn’t matching. I don’t recommend matching paint at this location.

Wife went down to get matched paint. They didn't inform her that it might not match perfectly. They matched the paint and asked her what gloss she wanted. She told them Satin, and the agent told her that eggshell is the same as Satin. After paying for it she took the paint home and tried it out and it didn't match, it isn't shiny enough. When we called to say it doesn't match, they used different terminology then then satin, eggshell, satin, and tried to explain their system. Of the three Paint cans purchased they offered to do 1 free replacement. After pointing out that it didn't match, they said they can't match it perfectly. Disappointed don't attempt to match paint here.
