I hardly use some of my time to write a review, but I must with this place.

I'm so glad I chose Dupont Family Dentistry, the people here are awesome! The Doctors and staff are nice and very professional. As soon as I walked in, Abby gave me the warmest welcome and smile, which I'm sure she does to all the customers. Not only she brightened my day for the nice gestures, she also made me feel comfortable and pretty much go back there for the rest of the time I need cleaning or work with my teeth (since I am under the VA). Keep up the good work, Abby! You sure are the right person to be the first one a customer see, soon as they walk in that door, because you are that awesome!

My sister was recently seen last week at this office and had a TERRIBLE experience! I am sharing this since I have worked in the dental field for over 15 years now and was appalled at the way she was treated. I did speak with the office manager Rachel prior to writing this review and did not feel any compassion nor was there an apology for how her office visit was handled. My sister was told she had a low pain tolerance more than a few times, that her skin complexion and color of her eyes were the reason she was having sensitivity to the procedure she had done(completely absurd) and that her choice of getting a second opinion at a specialist’s office was wasting the specialty offices time. She left sobbing not only from the excruciating pain she was in but also because of the way they made her feel. She ended up in the ER and had she not gone in to the specialists office her condition would have become so much worse. I felt I needed to share this because no patient should ever be treated the way she was!

My daughter and I have been going here for over 3 years and we love DuPont Family Dentistry. They really care about their patients and always get us in for an appointment extremely quickly whenever we have an issue. Highly reccomend!
