I cannot even begin to say enough AMAZING things about Dupuis Team!! I worked with Joey and Stephanie and, let me tell you, these two WORKED so very hard to find our family the perfect home. Their knowledge of the ins, outs and subtle nuances of the market is highly evident in everything they do. It seems that these two eat, sleep, and live for all things real estate.
Not only were they able to help us find a home that we absolutely love, but they were able to write such a strong offer that we were able to get the house at asking price even though we were not the highest offer.
Their superb service didn't stop there. They were able to schedule and complete all of the necessary inspections within 3 days of the offer being accepted (Despite the fact that they were technically on vacation by the time the offer was accepted). It is highly evident that Steph and Joey have spent significant time building, cultivating, and maintaining a vast network of highly skilled inspectors and tradespeople who are willing to help them out at a moment's notice.
Besides all of their overwhelming professionalism and skill in navigating the real estate market, Stephanie and Joey are a pleasure to work with. Very quickly it became obvious that they truly cared about our family and our family's needs and wants. Since we are new to the area, Joey has even gone above and beyond the call of duty by also doubling as a tour guide of sorts, providing suggestions of things my kids and I may enjoy doing in the local area, and making sure we were aware of upcoming special events. Through this entire process Steph and Joey have made us feel like we were more than a means to a paycheck. They made us feel as though we were, and still are, an important and treasured part of the Dupuis family.
Dupuis Team is 100% top notch! I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone in Kitsap county (we definitely had them traveling all over the county too). They have been a true pleasure to work with every step of the way. If I ever find myself needing real estate expertise again in the future, Steph and Joey will be my first and last call.
