Waited 10 days to get a sample. I called multiple times asking why the sample had not been sent out. Explanation was that the shipping label was created but the shop was responsible to send it out and they never did. I sent messages asking the shop for an update and left messages with the person who answered the phone to get an answer for me. On the 10th day of waiting I sent an emailing requesting a cancelation of the order, within 30 minutes I was refunded and received a response confirming that 10 days was too long to wait for a sample. I don't know what's wrong with this business but they lost at least $4k in sales with me. I don't recommend working with them.
