Purchased some young trees from them and followed all the instructions to plant them and water them correctly. One tree died shortly after planting and Dusty's Nursery replaced the tree at no cost and I really appreciate it.

Bought a beautiful hibiscus from them last fall. Planted it at our home on the west side of the mountains (plenty hardy for our zone and it got ample water) but the plant died over the winter. Took it back to the nursery and the gal refused to warranty the plant. She was quite condescending and insinuated that I had planted or cared for it improperly. Instead she suggested I keep watering it and sent me on my way. So instead of taking care of the customer over a $20 plant (that probably cost half that to the nursery) by offering some type of credit or exchange, she lost a customer who has an entire yard in Ellensburg that still needs to be landscaped.

I went here with my family on Friday Oct 30th, 2020. We were looking for pumpkins to buy. We had just walked up to where they had had a pumpkin patch in the past. We were the only people out there and had our extremely well trained family dog with us. We were standing there in the grass wondering if they were even open when a women cracked the door open, poked her head out and said in an aggressive voice.. "the dog needs to be on a leash!" No greeting, no introduction. There were no signs about dogs anywhere. When I asked if they were open, she said, again, in irritable, aggressive manor, "yes we are!". And closed the door. I didn't even know how to respond to this women and couldn't believe how incredibly rude she was. Needles to say we left without any purchases.
