Order completely wrong for all 3 of us. Iced coffee was quite bitter, considering we ordered hot coffee. Owners need to slow the process down. The staff were moving at break neck speeds. Found it uncomfortable to watch. Probably why our order was wrong. Would like to see a calm, focused, relaxed crew. I think my coffee would have been better if I knew it wasn't rushed.

Super disappointed with the customer service tonight. I get being closed, sorry I missed you by a couple minutes. But to look beyond your window like we were the absolute worst humans possible to think you might still be open with the music blaring and wave us off for dismissal without even bothering to open the window or say sorry, we're closed. What is usually such a happy and welcoming place definitely wasn't tonight. Sorry to be such a bother.
