This is a really great location to go if you want to be left in line and ignored consistently. I don't even know how many times I've had to leave this location because I'm ignored. Get your coffee somewhere else

I have been to several locations around the Tri-cities, but this one is the most disappointing. I try to avoid this location as much as possible due to its poor management and lengthy wait times. Staff is normally upbeat and friendly. However, we just waited almost 30 minutes (5:30p-6p) to even get to the window. It was busy, but this is the third time I've been stuck in the eastbound lane while other vehicles on the westbound lane are prioritized. We saw numerous vehicles take off without ordering, but we decided to wait in line since we were already there. We moved slowly thru the lane (3 cars ahead of us). We ended being stuck behind a car for 10 minutes while 5 members of staff socialized with the occupants of this vehicle in front us. It took the broista several minutes to take their order and she even handed her tablet to the driver at some point. Finally, once we get to the window we have our order taken and then the window shut on us. The whole interaction was very dry and the long wait made it quite frustrating. This is definitely not the treatment we have come to expect from dutch bros based on other locations.

As far as coffee goes, if you want good coffee, this is not the place. The drinks are sweet. The only one I can stand is 911 drink. The 911 comes with six shots of espresso. It's the only one that tastes like coffee...
