Hispanic lady up front about as welcoming as a rattlesnake and helpful as an ejection seat in a helicopter. Made like I was asking her to dig a train tunnel with a spoon when I asked if it were possible to cross reference a part number. Arthur, you need different staff.

After going to all 4 appliance stores I went back to Dutch Matagorda. This is a true hometown store for 30 years now. They said they couldn't deliver my new oven for 1 week which was a shorter time line than all the other 3 stores. Not what I was hoping for because my oven broke. And before I could drive home they called my husband to tell me they made arrangements to deliver the next day!! Customer service is alive and well here!
