Was at ER in Everett yesterday afternoon for a painful infected tooth. Went to Walgreens like at 5:15 and pharmacy was closed. Railroad worker and when we sat off rail searched for drug store. Thank God this place was a short drive in our 5 hour drive. I knew I wouldn’t make to The Dalles with the pain I had. THANK YOU for prompt service. Your a gem in this city and hope locals k ow that

Honestly, these are strange and difficult times. All it seems we have left is the option to be kind to each other. I came to the drug store to take a COVID test. And the way I was treated there was cold. They treated me like a contagion. It felt terrible. I didn’t get a kind greeting or any greeting really, they also didn’t even say anything like how are you? Nothing. “Here put this up your nose, You’ll get the results by email, bye”. Bedside manners were disheartening. Keep in mind that It was not busy. Once I read other reviews about the wait time for results from the drug store and after my experience, I felt was worth the drive to Bellevue to get another test. There I was greeted with kindness and empathy. It was busier, but professional. I was in and out within 10 minutes. Results from Bellevue collage were delivered in less than 24hrs. Still waiting on results from the drug store. i know the drug store uses a third party to process the tests, the timeline isn’t something they can control, but kindness? That’s always a choice.

The folks here are so friendly, and getting my prescriptions refilled is quick, painless and simple. As a person with a chronic illness, med refill procedure is very important to me, and of all the pharmacies I've used, Duvall family Drugs is definitely the best at helping you out, getting your meds ready, and getting your butt out the door. Not to mention, they have a drive through, which is Awesome for those of us in a hurry or on the go!
