I came here to deliver for Amazon flex first time a year ago I had a 3 hour shift but was given 3 and half hours shift load knowing that I have a 3 hour shift. After emailing Amazon several times, I was finally paid. Second time was recently on December 6 2023 Monday evening the pay was 90 dollars for 3 hours of work. Which extremely rare, most times the pay is near or below minimum wage after subtracting gas and vehicle expenses. As soon as I parked my car, I need to use the restroom so I asked the manger or the one that assigned the carts if I could use the restroom? She immediately starts screaming at me while calling me Sir lol, just for asking if I could use the restroom. So rude, I'm lost on how a person can behave that way. Overall, they just take advantage of desperate people mostly immigrant and people who are underemployed. I don't recommend you do delivery for them. There is a ton of jobs in king County with little training from 3 months to a year where you can make a decent wage and are respected as human being.
