If I could I would give a zero rating for this business. My husband and I were talking to a gentleman we told him that we would be in on Saturday. We were advised that we would be working with a specific individual and when we showed up we were giving somebody else. I'd given information prior a couple of days that I was the one that was a Wheeler and dealer, and then I expected good customer service. This was not the case front we were upfront stating that we were financial challenge and when it came to time for looking at possibly getting a vehicle we were told and I quote definitive answer you'll have to pay $900 a month. Now I understand that is possibly and is the case however there was no explanation no information just this is what you were going to pay because are financially challenged. No we're going to try to see what we can do no we're going to possibly try to find things out no nothing. All that was stated was the fact that we had this and that and this and that on our financial challenge and nothing else. The demeanor of the sales rep when we first arrived was eager and wanting. By the time we left it was short cold and we didn't even get a handshake. This is my review.

Oil change, they turned off vice resetting the maintenance notification and forgot the window sticker. Verbal $1,000 for air con. repair, drop off was $1,600, pick up was $1,700 for a condenser. I asked for the part which had several holes which appeared to be from a screw driver. I took my car to another mech because the air still didn't work. No leaks, apparently it wasn't recharged after the repair. It works great now. Sad after 4 years of service I won't be going back.

Professional friendly staff... for the most part. Purchased a Subaru from them a couple of years ago. I left without any buyers remorse. I recommend them for anyone looking to purchase a Subaru. I got the deal of a lifetime on my car maybe you will too. I trust them and still go there for all my service. Ask for Joel, tell him Brad sent you. I know it sounds like a commercial but I really do like them.
