I've been a renter of DWM Properties for over 3 years and I have never had any issue with them. The people that works there are always very polite and ready to help. Before renting the property I am currently in, they showed me many other great ones. What I like the most about them is how they take their time to walk you through all the details and they don't mind if inexperienced people like me asks many questions. I'm really satisfied with their services and I highly recommend them! If you a need a reliable agent ask for Samantha, that young lady is amazing :)

DWM Properties has made leasing our home in Los Gatos a seamless experience. We work with Julie and a true testament to the great property management services they provide was the recent wind and rain storm that hit Los Gatos. We had a tree branch fall on our roof and Julie/DWM immediately jumped in with people to assess the damage and fix the broken skylight. If it wasn't for DWM, we would have been on a plane to fix the issue ourselves. They have repair people on hand and ready to help in any scenario. I am grateful for DWM and we will continue to use them as we lease our property now and in the future. They also made listing and leasing our home a really easy experience.

My experience with DWM properties was one of the best!!! From day one they were thorough and professional. I had three applicants for my rental one of which was most highly recommended by my agent. I simply cannot imagine having a better tenant and am so grateful for their service start to finish!
