I had to run in 30 mins before close as I needed a rain jacket for my trip to the Verboort Festival the next day. Liam (and a nice security guard whose name I did not get) met me at the door with a friendly greeting and was ready to help. Liam took the time to understand what I needed and helped me over to a couple different options. Liam was super friendly, helpful, made real conversation (you know not the kind like I have to do this because it’s my job) and I walked out with exactly what I needed. This service has always been top notch at this store, so kudos to the team here and a thank you to Liam for helping me stay dry while I enjoy my festival!
