This store is nicely laid out and the staff is great. However I have noticed that in the past year that there is only one person working whenever I visit and on several occasions I have just left because that one person was way too busy to assist me or others. Not that person’s fault at all. I’m sure it’s just the company being cheap and thinking cutting labor at the store level is good. In reality lots of people just simply walk out like I have on a few occasions.

My new favorite clothing store - the customer service here is top-notch. After a couple of visits I feel like a regular, the crew here makes me and my husband feel super welcome every time we walk through the door. We've needed to exchange one item and it was such a simple transaction, they really do take care of their customers! Great selection - a wide variety of stylish clothes, and always well-stocked enough that I have no problems finding my size. Five stars!

A bit pricey so be ready. They lady that was there did a good job. Not did she help me get things that were to high but but she also took my stuff i had on my arm and got it ready to put in a bag to take home. Very pleasant and helpful. Wish a store would come to Everett it would be easier on my travels.
