If you're a trucker be prepared to wait, appt was at 3 got here at 2 hit dock at 4:30 and still waiting to be loaded at 6:54. Only 2 trucks ahead of me and one was 2 1/2 hrs late and they took him...never again

A one star is way over ratting this company. Have a hello Kitty suv and my daughter got three hours out of it in the past two years. Not one brain cell between all the customer service reps.
