I requested a full interior detail because I had mold in my car. I thought everything went well but upon further inspection after receiving my car back, I noticed that the employee completely missed the trunk of my car. The whole back panel that covers my spare tire was covered in mold. I called to let them know about the issue and they took it back in for cleaning. I got a gift certificate for a free detail for the trouble, and it showed no expiration date. When I tried to use that gift certificate I was told it wasn't valid anymore, even though I was not given a time frame to use it. Had to bring my car to them twice and got nothing for it. If I had known this is how they were going to be, I would've brought my car to someone else and maybe I'd actually get what I paid for.

Dynamic did an absolute amazing job on my car. I use my car for traveling from job to job so it can get pretty messy. But i got it back from him looking brand new. 100 dollars cheaper than the other detailer here in town.
