Took a favorite ring I wear all the time to Jeanette at Dynamic Designs. The ring had a blue topaz that was chipped so looked cloudy. Jeanette advice was to replace with a lab diamond that would wear better as well as sparkle more. She sent me several options over email via cool animations and I was able to choose the one I thought would work best. Result is stunning! I also appreciated Jeanette explaining lab diamonds versus mined diamonds so I felt good about my choice.
