I purchased a Dynamic Friction pad and rotor set from RockAuto. When I went to install the new rotors, I found that one was completely cracked. Because I had to wait for good weather to do the brake job on my car, it was past RockAuto's return window. When I contacted Dynamic Friction, they said they do not process any requests for returns or refunds. At a minimum, I thought they might want the rotor back for failure analysis, as this has the potential to be a safety issue. I will personally look for other suppliers for future brake jobs, as Dynamic Friction does not seem interested in why the failure occurred, nor do they seem to stand behind their product. Photos are posted below of the defective rotor.
