Wouldn't take cash, tried to pay with card, transaction went through on our end but the store states it didn't on their end. Money is tied up and we left with no product.
***You are correct it did not take my card due to that specific reason. My husband then used apple pay for the transaction and THIS is when the issue arose. We called to check with his bank and the transaction has been AUTHORIZED NOT pending . My husband has ties with the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau
I absolutely love this place. Granted they didn’t have what I wanted and what I actually purchased I absolutely hate. But to me it isn’t solely on the product it’s the customer service that was provided. I came in when they were closing. At the time I had no idea. They were not rushing me or anything. In fact they engaged in conversation with me about their products and went into detail about it. I would recommend this place to anyone who is needing a friendly face and good conversation to see for once.
