Customer service is horrible who ever picks up the phone calls has no manners at all! Keeps cutting you off and tries to get smart with you over mistakes they did!

I ordered special plaques for our team coaches after our picture day had passed. The office was amazing in getting the order completed in a timely manner. The quality was amazing!

My 2 kids have participated in many youth sports leagues & this company was the highest priced photo package we've come across for very few pictures. We also paid the high price tag for coaches plaques.. The order form asked us to be sure to spell the coach's names correctly. Then we got the plaques w/ no names on them & the plastic coach emblem fell off with only couple small prices of double-sided tape on it. Can't image a worse value in the sports photography industry? 🙁
