I just went today (4/27/16) and this is still open and they do take E Waste. It is part of the Storamerica storage facility, so from the street I could see how you might not think the E-Waste facility is there, but if you walk in during normal business hours they'lll know how to help you. I brought in some old laptops, and she needed my ID, entered my info into the computer, and then we walked my bag of electronics to a storage unit near the office which holds the E-Waste until it comes to get picked up periodically. There were boxes of old computer monitors, TVs, etc. I inquired about light bulbs and they do not take those.
