This is the only store I buy any guns or ammo at. Very fair on pawns. They try to work with you on fair prices and are patient if you are late to pay as long as you let them know.

I've sold quite a bit of gold and silver to e-z pawn over the years and have never had any issues in fact I have always felt that they paid the highest and have appreciated that I can stay in my vehicle while they appraise and weigh the items, that is until my last experience with them in which I sold 19.8 grams of 14k gold for 400 dollars. They had been crazy busy and were training a new person so I waited over an hour and was late for work so at the time even though I felt the amount was not what it should be I accepted it needing to get on my way to work. After speaking with a few other gold buyers locally about what they would pay for nearly 20 grams of 14k gold and after hearing what they said and doing research I found that the melt value was nearly 800 dollars while the retail value was nearly 3600 or more, what I sold was not scrap and I'm sure they will sell it for 10× what they paid me for it. After going to them for the last 2 almost 3 yrs. This is the first time I have felt taken advantage of by E-Z Pawn in my dealings with them. I will not be going back there again after this nor would I recommend them to anyone.

Rude customer service. Came in for a simple question and was treat very poorly by the front desk lady. Highly do not recommend even coming here just a waste of time.
