Called my wife a liar after she immediately returned a damaged defective e-cig, though you did end up exchanging it you really goofed up there..you really did. Nobody calls my wife a liar because she isn't one, capiche? Same thing happened to me at an earlier time also but I didn't get an exchange. 10 plus year customers guys..

Store associate was super rude . Insisted we don’t check our vapes to make sure they work unless we have left the store . Then told us that if they don’t work it’s our fault and they can’t be returned after leaving the store. Then he told my brother in law that his card wasn’t his and THREW the card at him . It’s his card . Associate also didn’t bother checking IDs . Or he would know it was his card . Honestly was very irritating.
