This company charged S&H when I ordered, but misused the Priority Mail envelope specifications by overstuffing and using tape to contain the garment, thus canceling out the USPS guidelines for use. In order to receive my parcel, I paid $7.50 s&h when ordering plus another $10.20 Postage Due when the mail carrier brought the parcel ! They refuse to admit their attempt to rip off USPS...
