So I’m not really sure what the deal is, but I booked an appointment a week or so in advance through the online system for an appointment just this past Sunday. It gave me the option for a weekend appointment, which is perfect since I work 7-5 through the week. I received multiple appointment confirmation texts and emails as well. I pulled up to the location to find no one around, and called 5 times to get in touch- all were sent to voicemail. I have since sought service elsewhere, but was disappointed that I drove all the way to McKinleyville from South Eureka to have my car done, only to be ghosted. I hope everything is okay and will gladly rescind my review if there happened to be some emergency, but I do think it was strange and unprofessional to offer, admittedly, an unusual appointment slot and confirm multiple times only to not follow up nor answer at the appointment time. I am glad I did not have to pay up front- that would have made this much worse. Would love some explanation!
