this is one of the best shops I have ever worked with. they were very patient and kind. they made sure I understand the damages and the repair costs and all the other line charges. definitely a repeat client.

I have been waiting for repairs since July 2022. It is now February 2023 and I cannot even get the parts manager to call us back to find out why they have not called us to get our car in for repairs. The person who answers the phone is very nice, but promises to return our calls have never happened. I have yet to speak to the parts manager to know why or what part they are waiting on. I think it may be time to find another shop. I need my car fixed before my lease is up.

Unfortunately I wish I didn't have to leave this review but it's an honest review, I brought my vehicle in at the end of December for some minor work, they had it almost 2 months giving me excuses after excuses on why an additional 2 weeks kept being added. When I initially brought it in they didn't have very many vehicles ahead of mine, they only completed half of the work and left many exterior and some interior part off when returning it to me, they didn't complete all of the work and it was an insurance claim job. I had to give my rental back as I was paying out of pocket and racked up over $1000 when I got it back it was driving worse than when I dropped it off there was major issues they didn't fix and inevitably yesterday my break system failed on me causing me to crash. Needless to say I will never bring a vehicle back here again. I even reached out to the company multiple times in an attempt to get the remaining work done with no help or answers any of the times.
