I really hate to give this rating. I enjoy the owners and we have enjoyed our experiences every time we have came. However the lack of follow up on our missing art has been super disappointing. This has been an annual tradition with my family and when we went to pick our art up it was no where to be found. I know the location has changed but we did request our pieces to be mailed when that option was given since there was not a place for pick up. Unfortunately our art was never mailed and we have left voicemails and sent emails for a resolution and have had no response. If the pieces were lost, a simple apology with a refund would have been acceptable but instead we just get no responses.

Very relaxing atmosphere and very helpful staff. All ceramics are pre-made and you get the joy of painting them however you want!
I knocked off one star because I felt it was a little pricey, $25-ish for one plain coffee mug. But they do provide everything you could ever need.

went there last weekend with my nephew to make a mother's day gift for my sister. He had fun painting a nice little mug for her and the prices were decent. The only thing that rubbed me the wrong way was the unclear check out policy. A paper you received when you walk in states to leave all items and the invoice on the table so we walked out when we were done painting. She came outside and asked us to come back inside and had us pay, it was no big deal really and she was nice about it. Maybe i had misread the instructions on the form but they were definitely unclear.
