Louis was very nice and knowledgeable about his plumbing skills. He came in, started the work quickly and let me know what we'd be working on. Our Home needed some new galvanized piping in one of my bathrooms' showers with new copper piping. Our main sewer line was decaying. We realized now might be the time for the new sewer line we had needed
He ended up going from above and removing the main pipe and with my help we replaced the pipe with new tubing that was tightened basically blindly from the tight access point above the washer/dryer room. My home is old and it's obvious a lot of the design wasn't well thought out for easy access and repair situations, so I commend the plumber for finding a way, not giving up, and double checking the work.
Time will tell how the shower turns out in the long run, as I've still got plenty of work to do to fix up everything. However, I can definitely recommend Plumbing, as they clearly stand behind their work and have competent workers. Even when I first explained the situation with and let him know I had a few people come to try and fix the leaks and shower knobs but the repairs kept failing, he asked if the prior work was done by This showed to me that he was not only thinking about helping me but was also thinking about the quality of his company's work by making sure they weren't the ones who did any failed repairs for me previously. Also, it can be beneficial to ask questions of those who work on your plumbing to understand what is being done and fixed -- both to learn what you may need to know for future fixes on your own or how to explain problems in the future. Tommy was able to answer all of my questions and give recommendations and explain why he was doing certain things.
We'll see where this project goes from here, but I'd say the plumbing looks on point. I'll gladly update this review in the future (either positively or negatively) to reflect how the plumbing actually holds up after use. But, basically, Plumbing can help solve your problem and will work hard to overcome any obstacles that may arise while giving reasonable bids on the added time for labor.
