when I walked in they were nice! Don’t get me wrong, they greeted me briefly and then went about talking. Anyways I asked about the groomer services (90 to 120 for mine) and then went about the store. I got two treats that were advertised as 1.99 each, I wanted to get some for my pup so I thought why not. However when rung up, they were 2.99 each. Just a 1 dollar difference but it was advertised as 1.99 each that’s why I got them… I told them that it says these specific treats are 1.99 each and they brushed it off and said it was for another event or something? Idk but I left and said no after they tried to book my pups grooming appointment. I’m horrible at confrontation so I regret not saying anything to them about the price being cheaper and getting my money back but I won’t be going again since it’s off-putting and how nonchalant it was.

I’ve been twice. My own PHYSICIAN strongly suggested I try this store for my little dog who has never had solid stools (he’s 6 years old!). I have gone through quite a bit with 3 vets & TONS of food, worthless to us…. Even the expensive stuff! But after first visit here, I came home with the my small bag of “FIRM UP”. And….He LOVES it and yet is the pickiest eater I’ve ever had. This stuff REALLY, really works! It’s changed my life! Oh THANK HEAVENS! So our next issue has been: his nearly endless BARKING, so we are trying some CBD which he also LOVES and this stuff has been almost miraculous! …. A QUIET, happy, yet alert, helping dog! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!! 4/10/24: And AGAIN: I could spend an an entire day just looking at all wonderful things they have there for dogs and cats and birds I suppose. “Puddle” is VERY HEALTHY, and I still use the CBD’s “Paws”. Yes, they are yet another life saver! Today at emergency vet WAITING 5+ hrs as our vet is tooo busy! I knew it would be a big wait as I’ve been here lotsa times. Just a little TOE abscess. great…. So antibiotics & anti-inflammatory! But the vets (especially) are calm, affirming and knowledgeable! So “ Earthwise” store & EMERGENCY VET CLINIC in Mt Vernon, I love you!! Where have you been all these years? Keep up the fabulous work!

4 months ago I would have given the mobile grooming 5 stars, but that was before the cancelations started. It's been over 3 months and my poor puppy, teacup poodle, is suffering in the August heat from all the fur. When I got upset and asked for a grooming this week, I was told they could "squeeze me in, tomorrow morning at 7 am". How are they squeezing me in when they've been chronically canceling my appointments. If they'd just politely offered me a couple different times for grooming without making me feel like an inconvenience by stating they'd "squeeze me in" I'd be fine, but as it is I'm gonna have to find a new groomer. Based on reviews from other people that were unhappy, I'm expecting a snarky reply to this review.
