Worst hospital/clinic ever. Took my autistic daughter in to the clinic to be seen cause I'm pretty sure she got bit by a spider. No one in waiting room so figured not to long of a wait. Sat there 30 minutes and a dad with three kids comes in gets told to wait however when nurse comes out she tried to take them back first cause she knew them. He told her no this mom,(referring to me) was here first. Nurses response Oh ok I guess I will take her first. Then the nurse takes us back to a room weighs my daughter and says oh oops I put you in wrong room. So we go to a different room. She starts telling me what she thinks is wrong with my daughter even though nurses aren't allowed to give diagnosed. She then touches (with bare hand and not washed) my daughter without telling my daughter after I told the nurse not to touch her without telling her cause she is autistic. I was super grossed out then the provider comes in to examine my kid and touches her again with bare hand and no washing . I can't believe it it was horrible.

I see Dr. Zuver and she practices here. As far as her as my doctor and tending to my needs, I have had actually really good experiences. Sometimes it's a little wait, but only because she is so thorough and will spend that time with you that Samaritan or Confluence here in Moses Lake do not do. When I go here, I feel like a person, NOT a number!! I am glad I go here to see her. She travels from Moses Lake, and I will also travel from Moses Lake to see her because she is that good!! Five stars in my book 😉

Our little 2 year old had an ear infection from H.E. double hockey sticks. We took her into the walk in clinic. They got us back quick and were very attentive. A few days later we were having some complications and the provider took her time to work through them with us. We are now all healed up, happy, and running a muck again. I love the convenience of the walk in clinic. We didn’t have to loose 3+ hrs of our day with a sick kiddo. Ritzville is so lucky to have healthcare so close. Thanks for everyone and all they did to heal our kiddo.
